Questions about official Elliott County criminal records must go to the office that keeps the requested file. Court documents route to the Circuit Court Clerk at the Courthouse Annex in Sandy Hook. Sheriff-created incident or arrest reports go to the Elliott County Sheriff through the current county directory, while statewide criminal-history requests belong with Kentucky State Police. We are a private reference site and cannot obtain, change, certify, or interpret a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run site cannot retrieve criminal records, conduct official checks, correct or remove records, or receive an expungement filing. Contact the proper public custodian instead.

Use the record type to choose the correct Elliott County or Kentucky custodian:

  • Expungement: obtain the current Kentucky Court of Justice forms and file in the original case
  • Arrest and booking records: contact the arresting agency and ask which regional facility received the person
  • State criminal histories: use the Kentucky State Police Criminal Identification and Records Branch paper request process
  • State custody or supervision: use the Kentucky Department of Corrections and its Kentucky Online Offender Lookup
